WORKSHOP SELECTION

1.     Nutritional management in health restoration and the myths connected with weight issues.

2.     Guidelines for dealing with adolescence and children exhibiting emotional under-eating and or over-eating symptomatotlogy.

3.     Motivational strategies for families effected by ED.

4.     Understanding socio-cultural belief systems and their influence in the etiology and maintenance of ED.

5.     Assessment and treatment of the comorbitity between self-harm, suicide ideation and substance abuse.

6.     Urgent issues in the medical care of eating distress: gastrointestinal, osteopenia/osteoporosis, and endocrinological complications.

 

Pre-Registration Policy: To be considered pre-registered, full  payment, changes and/or replacements must be received by 1 October 2005.  After this date, you must register on-site.  Registration is limited to 200! Registration will be respected on a first come, fist serve basis. 

Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing.  Cancellations received before 1 October will be refunded minus €20.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations will be honoured but money will not be refunded after 1 October 2005.  Substitutions are allowed but must be submitted in writing and must be same member status.
